These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scene mobile application ("Scene", "the app") operated by 433 LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Scene, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Scene. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Scene derives event information from publicly available sources using automated processing, including artificial intelligence. Event details such as dates, times, venues, and descriptions are automatically extracted and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any event listing. You should always verify event details with the original source or venue before making plans or commitments. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in event information derived from third-party content.
When you share content to Scene via the share extension, you represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
Scene displays information derived from publicly available third-party content. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators of this content or the platforms on which it was originally published. All trademarks, service marks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim any ownership of, or rights to, the original content from which event information is derived.
Certain actions in Scene are visible to other users, including: events you like, events you mark as "going to," accounts you follow, and users you follow. Your username, display name, and profile photo are visible to other Scene users.
Scene may offer premium features through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged. Prices may change, but we will notify you in advance.
Scene and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 433 LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Scene integrates with third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
SCENE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY EVENT INFORMATION DISPLAYED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 433 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SCENE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON EVENT INFORMATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF SCENE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Scene after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
